Frank A. Janello began his career representing insurance companies in civil defense and subrogation matters. Mr. Janello has also spent much of his career in the Creditors Rights industry, representing national banks, educational finance companies, small businesses, and other creditors in the pursuit of civil claims, post-judgment remedies, and the defense of civil claims in the State of Illinois, the Bankruptcy Courts of the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, and the State of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Janello has served as an arbitrator in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit for several years and has heard cases involving personal injury, commercial litigation, construction litigation, and collections.
Mr. Janello is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, and the McLean County Bar Association. Mr. Janello serves on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Creditors Bar Association.
Mr. Janello practices out of the Bloomington office and his primary areas of practice include Tort defense, Insurance Law, and Creditors Rights.
